Prior to partnering with late Zeev Gelbart and establishing Gelbart - Kahana in 2000, Mano was a member of Mercantile-Discount (Barclays) bank management. During his 11 years with Mercantile Mano managed the bank's marketing activities across Israel (more than 75 branches) and served as its spokesperson. Prior to Mercantile, Mano served as the marketing vice president of Migdal, one of the biggest insurance companies in Israel. In addition, Mano founded the marketing department of ELNET, a company founded by Elbit Systems, Discount Bank and Yediot Achronot newspaper, pioneer in the Israeli home-banking sector. In addition, Mano was a member of the marketing committee of the 'Association of Israeli Publishers', in which he established extensive relationships with leading Israeli corporations. Mano holds a Master in Marketing and a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science, both from Tel-Aviv University.
